• Follow safety procedures and company policies & regulations • Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition • Monitor processes to ensure that they are run properly and ensure the basic quality control and quality assurance tests are performed • Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production. • Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule • Assist in the maintenance activity and repairing • Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety • Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately. • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized. • Perform other duties as assigned
