-Lead program management of OSP and FTTx projects -Develop a program platform for large scale of fiber deployment -Lead the regional project planning and implementation of project. -Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. -Define project tasks and resource requirements -Engage project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. -Manage project resource allocation. -Track project deliverables and manage issue register till closure. -Lead vendor and contract management -Provide direction and support to project team. -Identify, manage and mitigate risks. -Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. -Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned -work. -Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. -Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. -Project evaluations and assessment of results.

-Bachelor degree in engineering. -Minimum 3 years of program and project management experience (Preferable exposure in Fiber optic projects or telco related). -PMP(Project Management Professional) Certification. -Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. -MS Office skills. Proficient in MS Projects and Project management application is mandatory. -A basic understanding of CME Infrastructure would be added advantage. -Critical thinking and problem solving skills, Planning and organizing, Communication skills, Team work, Conflict management, Adaptability, Ability to identify critical -issues and provide sound advice and solutions on complex IT issues, Relationship management skills, Witten and verbal communication skills.
