-Review Progress Reports for compliance and consistency with English and Khmer Program -Maintain student records in accordance with regulatory requirements -Attend educational trainings and conferences as needed -Help ensure the quality of the program when the Program Coordinator is not available, by coordinating the daily activities -Assist the Program Coordinator to oversee lesson plan, worksheet, homework, student participation, assessments, and student progressive learning -Understand and support the school curriculum -Help students set goals and improve their academic -Execute program plans and assist with the development of these plans -Assist in developing, planning, evaluating and implementing goals, objectives, -policies, and procedures for educational, and professional development or training programs

-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field -Preferred in education programs with developmental disabilities -Knowledge of and experience with youth programming or program planning & executing -Excellent written and oral communication skills in English -Must be a team player -Ability to work under pressure situations and deal with challenging situation on a regular basis
