•Assist the Front Office Manager with all aspects of departmental operations; •Ensure compliance with the hotel’s policies and procedures; •Assist the Management in the overall day to day operation of the hotel; •Handle and address guest concerns, ensure exceptional guest experience and quality at all times; •Ensure effective communication between the Front Office and other operating departments; •Perform regular hotel inspection, including rooms and all public areas to ensure that Sofitel standards are in place; •Manage the Front Office team during the shift; •Provide training to the team as and when required; •Review guest feedback and take action as and when required.

•Minimum of 3 years operational management experience preferably in a luxury setting; •A strong understanding of hotel operations; •Advanced user of Opera; •Excellent leadership and organizational skills; •Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; •Must be an example of the Sofitel Values; •Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarine are advantage; Knowledge of the Sofitel Brand standards is an advantage
