Jobs Description

-Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to bank operation staff. -Overlook, control and update daily morning customer service practice both Phnom Penh Branches and Provincial Branches -Will be responsible to perform basic troubleshooting of problems and devise solutions to both customer and staff operation; -Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with good customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. -Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes. -Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems to prevent and attract customer;

Jobs Requirement

-Degree in Hospitality, Finance and Banking, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications; -Local Candidate is priority; -Minimum of 5 years in a customer support role; -Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player; -Excellent in English communication & Interpersonal Skills; -Good command of speaking other languages is a plus; -Computer literacy; -Keeping calm and remaining tactful under pressure is a must and a bright personality that will make stand out from the crowd was included
