The Morodok’s Program Manager is a full-time Senior Management staff, who works under supervision of Morodok’s Executive Director, to liaise with local authority, local partners and community groups in the target districts to facilitate the integrated implementation of all projects. She/he will take overall management responsibility to oversee project staff for planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the progress of projects related to capacity building CBO-NRM networks, business enterprise networks, Community Revolving Fund, Community Based Ecotourism (CBET) and youth self-help groups. The Program Manager will give inputs to Morodok’s Management Team on project management related tasks and perform other duties requested by the ED, to act on behalf of Morodok to organize events related to social enterprise development, CBO network on Natural Resource Management.

Cambodian citizen; at least 5 years’ experience in Project cycle Management of development work, including in strategic planning, monitoring and reporting (PCM & PMER); a university degree in a relevant fields; fluent in both English and Khmer, including proposal writing skills; computer literate; skills in administration; proven commitment to teamwork and to working effectively with rural communities in a remote area.
