- Assessing financial products offered by competitors within branch’s operating area. - Strong initiative through active learning/benchmarking global and local best practices of financial services offered by MFIs. - Being the lead of product development including product pilot-testing, monitoring and evaluation, product policy modification, etc. - Providing technical support to branches where offer new/modified products to ensure high standard of policy compliance. - Regularly reporting to Product Development Manager on progress of product development process, challenges or constraints to be addressed. - Conduct product pricing review for existing product and propose new price for new products. - Other related tasks assigned by Product Development Manager.

1. Bachelor degree in Finance and Bank, Business or other related field. 2. Computer literacy: Ms. Office Words, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email. 3. Excellent communication skills, either good Khmer/English speaking or writing skills. 4. At least one year experience in product development, research, or marketing, Experience in MFI is preferred 5. Well managed on multi tasks/deadline and able to work under pressure. 6. High ethical commitment and trustworthiness. 7. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
