- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, kitchen supplies etc.) and report when there are shortages - Assist booking meeting room and prepare meeting room - Assist in making travel arrangements - Maintain contact lists - Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible - Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items and documents - Perform other office duties as assigned by Admin Officer

Jobs Requirement

1. Graduate High school or studying Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields 2. Have experience administration or office work 3. Computer literacy (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.) 4. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken 5. Knowledge and understanding of leasing and microfinance sectors 6. Good time management and experience in multi task management with tidy deadlines 7. Honesty, good communication and good interpersonal skills 8. Highly self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
