- Responsible for in-house application development and third-party systems - Ensure the Core Banking System work smoothly and effectively - Develop new Core Banking System's reports as required - Test the new features as well as new version of Core Banking System to make sure all the features functional smoothly and correctly. - Train and support End User about Core Banking System - Development and implement Business Intelligence Reporting - Maintain and support Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) Tasks - Other task assigned by IT Unit Manager

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science 2. At Least 3 years experiences working in Application Development Environment 3. At Least 3 years experiences with MFI or Bank 4. At Least 2 years experiences with .NET Platform 5. Strong Knowledge and understanding on OOP 6. Strong problem solving skills 7. 1 year experience with Open Source technology is a plus 8. Good in English both spoken and written
