Jobs Description

The incumbent performs the following tasks: 1.1 Responsible for day-to-day activities of recruitment and selection functions to meet the objectives and timeline of the programmes and sections ensuring that the recruitment and selection are in line with policies and procedures and its budget,Verifying personnel requests. 1.2 Preparing and reviewing job descriptions 1.3 Drafting and placing job advertisements, 1.4 Participating in the screening and interview processes, 1.5 Arranging the interview reports and managing the reports with the parties concerned, 1. Liaising with the candidates throughout the process of recruitment and selection, as well as the interview panels,working in coordination with the recruitment agencies and consultants for the services required.Supervising new employee orientation programme. 2. Supervising human resources data; personnel data, attendance records, Personal Action Forms, and other related data,working with the programmes and sections for writing and developing job descriptions. Updating and maintaining job descriptions and its database of all staff 3. Preparing the employment contractsUpdating staffing table and manning table, 4. Administering the Annual Staff Performance Appraisal Review (PAR) process to meet its objectives and timelines, 5. Updating statistical data for human resources matters including numbers of staff members, consultants, staff turnover, number of posts advertised and re-advertised, PARs, monthly payroll, consultant fee rates including consultants in general staff, promotions, transfers, terminations, 6. Updating and improving all forms related to human resources services i.e. Application, PARs, Benefit and Allowances requests, and etc. 7. Ensuring HR services is being operated according to policies and procedures, HR best practices, fairly and transparency, 8. Attending the Staff Association when required, 9. Supervising, coaching, and evaluating performance with HODs, 10. Facilitate training program. 11. Facilitate meeting and taking minute. 12. Server, internet, and Camera management 13. MOD in hotel at night. 14. Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Admin and HR Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree of Human resources management, Business administration or any other related function. - Fresh graduated candidates are also encouraged - Experience working in Hotel and Tourism industry is plus - Able to work under pressure to meet deadline - Knowledge of Human Resource functions - Good at human skill and conceptual skill - Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law - Good command of English language and presentation skill - Able to motivate and inspire people - Good manner person and strong commitment.
