Work closely with managers of distributions and partnership distribution teams of insurer to implement strategies to help increase awareness and customer knowledge on important financial planning and risk management needs of our customer in areas of basic protection, family protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, etc. • Responsible for ensuring achievement of product sales volumes and fee income revenues are achieved through active product management of product mix, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. • Ensure proper knowledge and competencies of products are understood by sales persons through active management and participation of product training and support of products. • Ensure end-to-end management of products and campaigns across channels, including end-to-end operational and sales processes, product training, and service follow-ups. • Training & event management including coaching of sales persons & tracking of event activities, pipelines & closures. • Ensure product price competitiveness and feature benefit suitability to meet needs of our target customer segments. • Seek change by monitoring industry/competitor trends and identify best practices, benchmarking and enhancements of our Bancassurnce product. • Manage both internal and external stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Sales Compliance, etc., to ensure product, technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support a continuously growing Bancassurance business. • Deliver product governance and control such as partner's due diligence, product program review, business agreements, and service level agreements. • Ensure adherence to corporate standards and practices related to insurance sales and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations at all times. • To understand external needs & internal constraints to negotiate a win-win scenario for both parties.

• A minimum of 5-year experience in consumer banking, insurance or financial services or relevant consulting organizations supporting the financial service industry. • Prior Bancassurance experience preferred. • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills. • Strongly organizational and time management skills. • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentation decks. • Ability to execute and deliver against business goals consistently in driving profitability and contribution to revenue achievement
