-Ensures understanding of policy and procedures of agent sales strategy/plan consolidation operations in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out according to function’s policies and frameworks as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with Kingtel’s overall direction standards and governance. -Develops sales activity roadmaps, including activities and guidelines to provide directions to functional sales members and sales agents in the Sales Groups regarding their roles and responsibilities in business operations. -Collaborates with other departments/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement opportunities -Identifies and responds appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence Provides guidance and direction to junior members, decide on the methodologies and techniques to be used, identify risks and determine how to approach and complete tasks, in order to support junior members and successfully achieve targets -Assists senior members in advising or educating management and set objectives and direction, in regards to own area of expertise, in order to support management in decision making processes -Supports senior members in activities that facilitate participation in business planning process and proactively identify opportunities to advance the success of the business -Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

-Graduate/Masters in Business Administration -4-5 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably supervisor level of telecommunication company -Sound understanding the telecommunication market and can put it into plan -Be able to lead a large group of people and utilize them in order to meet company’s objectives -Excellent communications skills with proficiency in English language. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage. -Excel and Power point skills are important as well as other computer application -Ability to conceptualize event and channel programs basis local requirement & market conditions -Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and people skills
