• Recruit and Train Merchants /Agents • Implement and achieve sales target “ KPI” that assigned by Sales department • Manage qualities of merchants • Build and retain relationship with merchants • Update any promotion on times with merchants • Collect markets feedback including competitors ‘s news –report to line manager for comment and suggest the constructive solution • Update the contractive solution provided by line manager to merchants /agents • Branding and visualize marketing material at own area.
