1. Keep good relationship with existing and consistently finding the new potentials and transform into close sales. 2. Customers call report and new customers database must be properly updated daily. 3. Consistently follow with all potential both by phone and face to face by respective region. 4. Insure customer has good reputation both financially and project on hand prior proposing for any sales to management. 5. In the process of negotiation, must clearly inform customer all require conditions and document. 6. Keep chase up customer on their overdue/due payment follow Sales contract. 7. Share responsibility for each respective customer who has default payment 8. Adherence to company policies on R&R, especially on the expenses related. 9. Integrity, Honest and good manner to toward colleague in the same company. 10. Help gathering competitor activities in the market place and share with marketing team and management for our own strategic planning and promotion, at least by quarterly. 11. Submit weekly plan and monthly call report, win/lost as well as trip report in timely manner. And others work assign by department head…etc.
