 Handle daily personnel record & office administrations  Assist HR Manager in recruitment process and other related jobs  Handling and filling HR daily activities ( Attendance , Annual Leave, O.T record and other HR forms)  Organize staff activities including trainings and entertainment activities  Manage security, safety and office maintenance and facilities  Record and report daily and monthly attendant report  Responsible for outbound deliveries and collections  Monitoring and maintenance office fixed asset and stationery  Building employee relations and coordinating between employee and company  Dealing with insurance company  Managing and follow up HR document with all department and related ministry  Other duties will be assigned by Manager

 Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related fields  At least 2-3years experience in related posts  Good English in speaking and writing and advantage of other languages  Good interpersonal, communication, self-motivated, well organized, responsibilities and hard working  Having a positive thinking & willing to learn and to discover new things  Good command in MS Office applications (Word, Excel,..)
