1. Develop lesson plans and deliver group and/or individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines -Draft, make recommendations and submit course descriptions, long-range plans, lesson plans -Prepare, submit and make recommendations regarding requisitions for equipment, supplies and materials to support the instructional objectives of subjects taught. -Plans, organizes, prepares, delivers and reviews lessons and other activities with the objective of ensuring the effective learning of assigned students in the agreed syllabi; -Employs various methods of teaching and learning assessment appropriate to the abilities and aspirations of the students enabling them to take maximum responsibility for their own learning and achievement. 2. Collaborate with the Beauty and Spa School team, admnistration team, and student affairs to meet assigned objectives -Coordinate with Beauty and Spa School team to ensure an inclusive program and to maintain the correct discipline standards for all students -Process orders for purchases with the administration team, accompany them for the purchase -Maintain collaboration with Student Affairs to maintain student attendance records, follow up of students, hold students behavior accountable 3. Operate salon and spa to ensure standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety are maintained -Constantly inspect the Salon and Spa for cleanliness and safe working conditions by developing and using the appropriate checklist -Supervise students efforts in cleaning and sanitizing the Spa and Salon 4. Manage students/Interns of the School of Beauty and Spa to ensure they have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills -Keep track of students performances with continuous assessment -Adapt training approach and method to student needs -Supervise students when providing services for customers at the Spa and Salon and give appropriate feedback -Estudents participate in activities such as the Training Show to practice their skills 5. Follow the hairdressing training plan from the senior hairdressing instructor -Follow hairdressing training plan from the senior hairdressing instructor -Complete objectives, activities, and assessment for the training -Ensure to attains needed hairdressing styles to deliver to students

-Degree or vocational certificate in Hospitality, Beauty, Spa or related field -2 (+) years of experience at a salon -Working English Proficiency -Internet & Email -Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Honest, Punctual, Professional, Team spirit,
