-Handle full sets of accounts and all financial reporting activities including VAT submission; - AR, AP checking, data checking errors -Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements; - Reconcile accounts and balance sheets in a timely manner; -Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database; -Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas; -Handle other assignments given by the management. Processes -Knowlewdge of POS system, Quick Book and other Account systems -Prepare monthly, yearly tax report and tax decleration with tax department officer - Other duty assigned by Top Management and Admin Team
