Jobs Description

-Organize and assist to implement student orientation grade and registration activities related to Chinese placement test -Prepare master plan and curriculum for English Department -Cooperate with other team members to assist in the development in establishment of school goals and objectives and the planning of the school instructional program -Coordinate and influence program of English department- Create and maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, agendas, risks, issue, and change control procedure and log -Distribute all project document to key team members and upload onto project’s repository system -Work with key team members, vice principal, principal and president in planning and developing English program/project work plans, budgets, implementation plans contingency plan, and business plan -Monitor deliverable due from team member and follow-up with assigned team members -Access Chinese program and write report -Create training and workshop for Chinese teachers -Substitute classes when teachers are absent -Plan for growth of the school and organize the children’s test template -Develop outstanding reputation and outcome for the school -Ensure and organize the children discipline committee and counseling -Ensure integrity/honesty to the school- Ensure good working productivity and improve quality of the school -Provide direction of staff and teachers in implementing goals and objectives -Check teacher’s lesson plans- Observe teachers and give feedback -Assist and disseminate information about school’s disciplinary policies and procedure to parents, children and the community -Supervise and maintain services and use of resources to supplement the school program -Display the highest ethical and professional behavior and standards when working with children, teachers, and parents -Serve as a role model for children, teachers, and staff -Notify the vice principal where there is evidence of abuse, violence, child negligence, severe medical and social condition -Keep the vice principal informed about any employee or teacher not meeting the contractual agreement -Develop clearly understood procedure and provide regular drills to comply with the administration policies -Maintain a master schedule to be posted for all teachers and keep tracking all schedule and monitor all program involved both English and Khmer- Establish a schedule and procedures for supervision of children during non-classroom activities

Jobs Requirement

-Be Chinese native candidate -Master Degree in Education Management or General Management or equivalence degree; -Certificate of Pedagogy in teaching is preferable; -At least five-year teaching experience (with international school is preferable); -Excellent oral and written communication skills; - Excellent management and -leadership skills; -Knowledge of budget planning; - Knowledge of child development ; -Ability to work independently and under pressure; -Knowledge of project management and leading; -Good command of computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, and Internet....)
