-Assist Teachers in academic works including planning, supervising, and implementing educational programs -Prepare and maintain record of students’ academic progress and developing skills (physical, social, emotional and cognitive) -Support children with their learning and development during lessons or free-flow activities as directed by the class teacher. -Lead small group sessions and interventions according to teacher's planning. -Promote the general progress and well-being of pupils in your class/group. -Maintain high standards of behaviour among pupils through the use of the Academy's behaviour policy

-Bachelor degree or certificate in education -Experience of working with children -Compassionate, loving, and caring personality especially for children -Positive attitude and pleasant personality -The ability to build good relationship with children, teachers and parents -A basic understanding of how children develop and learn -Patience, flexibility, creativity, and team spirit -Good command of English for English Teacher Assistant position -Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) for Chinese Teacher Assistant position
