-Control and check staff attendant , assist in payroll and pay slips preparation -To ensure confidentiality of all documents for all staff and record in order -Assist and prepare documents for training program or orientation for new staff -Assist the recruitment process -Develop training courses and materials such as manual, training documents/handouts -Coordinate with various parties to arrange trainings according to the plan -Collect monthly schedule from each department and report to HR Manager -Other duties assigned by the management

-Bachelor’s degree of HR Management or other related filed -­­At least three years working experiences for the related field -Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law -Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Khmer -Good organizational skills and time management -Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail -Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills, honesty, friendly and flexible -Able to communicate with all management levels -Able to work with shift schedule (weekend and holiday shift)
