Manage credit risks by control customer credit risk and return on instant messaging. Effectively implement territory management by regularly visiting customers according to call management analysis using current available support system Provide excellent sales and customer service, and report any change of customers Follow up on the product deliveries, replacement of goods return as well as wrong product deliveries Penetrate / establish new outlets as well as observe market situations, customers financial situations, product movement and competitors’ activities Support other functions and organize internal operation to satisfy customers’ needs Share best practice and key success/failure learning to the team
