- Build and retain excellent relationship with customers - Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customer, - Direct sales team to achieve the sales target on monthly basis, - Evaluate sales rep performance and give necessary training such as product knowledge/selling skills….) to improve and develop their competence. - Review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution - Prepare sales reports to head of sales executive.

- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing - 2- 3 year experience related field (FMCG) is preferable - Be entrepreneurial, a leader, adaptable, and passionate person. - Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills - Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Advance Excel/ Word) - Language Requirement: Good command of English
