- Perform tasks with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 such as Domain Controller, DNS Server - Assign access right to domain user accounts for a specific level of security with file server - Support & Maintain POS, Sun System info & backed up and validated completely on a daily basic - Monitor virus protection and spam filter of mail servers daily - Maintain PABX phone system, camera security and access door security system - Provide the service support, configure and maintain all IT facilities such as wireless router, access card system, camera security system, PABX telephone system,TV Cable system, digital signage system, LCD projectors, printers, and photocopy machines - Report any noticeable concern regarding to all the above job responsibilities supervisor. - Policy/agreement deployment within the team and related department - Build up good communication with subordinate and other colleagues within company

- Bachelor in Computer Science. - At least 3 years experiences in IT network infrastructure. - Strong communication in English spoken and written skills. - Experience in Mikrotik network switching and routing. - Experience in VoIP, VPN implementation, wireless network and support. - Experience in CCTV - Be able to manage Window network administration - Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Clustering, and security. - Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills - Good attention to detail, testing and documentation - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to maintain good working relationships with third party service providers and vendors. - Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system - Be familiar with all hardware and software - Be familiar with network operating system
