• Manage quality,time and cost • Make safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety • Maintain quality control procedures • Find ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up • Monitor site execution and make detail construction method • Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Monitor the progress claim of subcontractor • Schedule job site, material, and machinery • Prepare weekly and monthly report to top management team

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • At least 5 years’ experience with construction working • Experience in handling large-scale building and construction projects • Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer • Proficient in MS office application • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication with strong problem solving skill
