• Implement sales strategies to develop the sales growth, sales target achievement and set KPIs • Plan, implement, control and evaluate sale promotion activity • Manage and lead a sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure the team members are fully motivated and achieve the expected performance • Manage the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance • Provide training to sales team and measure the effectiveness • Collect market intelligence, report and market price survey with timely and accurately submission

• Bachelor degree in sales and marketing or related field • Over 5 years experience in selling consumer products • Computer literate: Microsoft Word and Excel • Fairly good in English both speaking and writing • Intellectual person and able to work under pressure • Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible time • Able to travel in upcountry.
