Jobs Description

• Maintain and record personnel information in SAP system • Maintain and update employee personal files • Respond all allowance and benefits claim transaction for all employee, make sure it is applied to company policy and procedure • Partner with stakeholder to ensure all payroll is proceeded accurately in timely manner • Do filling and other HR formal letters with well-organized code number-series • Prepare monthly report to management and other as required • Perform other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related field • At least 2 years’ experiences in HR & Admin or a related area • Knowledge of Cambodian labor law • Knowledge of Personnel system controlling • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and SAP system is added advantage • Excellent communication both spoken and written in Khmer and English • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Good at communication presentation skills, especially report
