• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. • Concrete volume estimate on the construction site before casting concrete. • Ensure Quality control of concrete at construction following standard operation procedure • Make concrete sample test at construction site as per request. • Coordinate with laboratory for collecting concrete sample test at site and when finish working and concrete sample test have age enough for transportation. • Solve problems in construction site and report to Concrete Plant Manager immediately. • Coordinate with central for planning every day. • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievance. • Deliver planning efficiency. • Provide operational reports such as Quality control and slump schedule to construction site every day, concrete sample test at site report.

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineer or related disciplines • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience • Good command of both spoken and written English • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Auto CAD • Concrete technology and structural design • Good communication
