Daily make appointment, client meeting and persuade customer to open account and deposit with VisionFund, Travel by motor or car to meet customer at field or village, Daily call follow up customer and keep good communication and relations with them, Monthly call maintain existing depositors, Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding Savings and Fixed Deposit, Prepare forms and help customer to fill the customer registration form and opening account forms, Present VisionFund’s products and services features to the public and customers, Answer the question about the VisionFund’s products and services feature, Ensure that all tools of savings measurement such as deposit value, number of depositor and number of account meet the annual target, Attend the events to build network with potential company and people, Attend promotion and sale activation campaign, Ensuring the compliance of policy implementation.

Jobs Requirement

Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives; Bachelor degree in the field of Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Management or other related fields; Minimum of 1 years experiences as a sale people and customer services or fresh graduate with good communication and relationship skills; Knowledge of bank or Microfinance operations and deposit/savings servicing including best practices and standards operating procedures; Possess effective selling skills and sense of customer services; Ability to pay strict attention to detail and be thorough in the completion of job duties Good customer-oriented; Ability to work under pressure, independently and highly self-motivated; Able to travel through the country; Good written and oral communication skills in both Khmer and English; Be able to use computer such as Word, Excel, Access and internet/Email.
