-Provide friendliness and responsive customer service on the phone to customer by using excellent customer service skills; -Answer customer inquiries on the phone related to product and service of VisionFund; -Record the information and feedback from customer to call center system; -Act as a marketing agent to promote VisionFund Cambodia’s product/service via call center; -Ensuring call center service excellence to customer in all perspective; -Filling all documents and Copying documents; -Perform other tasks that may be required by Supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

-Cambodia Nationality who can understand and agree on VisionFund’s vision, mission, purposes, objectives, values, and culture. -Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. -Good working knowledge of computer and English, -Possess good attitude and inter-personal skills,
