-Establish and manage annual sales forecasts and budgets to meet the company strategic plan. -Develop brand priorities and strategies to win across different market channels and stores -Continuously motivate, train and coach the team to ensure the team performs based on the SOP and the Company guideline. -Develop and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and succession plans. -Continuously motivate, train and coach the team to ensure the team performs based on the SOP and the Company guideline. -Produce and perform monthly sales analysis including customers’ trends, competitors and new product launch in the markets -Others duties as assigned by the Directors

-Good knowledge of FMCG industry and customers’ value chain. -Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail management -Understanding of consumer insights and market trends in Cambodia -Possess strong planning, organizing and presentation skills -Degree holder in sales/business or equivalent qualification
