• Set strategic and sale for marketing department • Prepare marketing plan and promotion product sale • Prepare budget plan for sale and marketing • Manage and direct product manager/sales team to achieve annual sale s target • Lead for conducting marketing survey and research for analysis • Push and promote sale for all products • Manage day to day sales activities • Setting marketing segment for sale team • Setting sale and product training. • Developing and Managing distribution channels, multiple-layer marketing. • Managing & leading distributors, agents, sub-agent portfolio.

• 2 or 3 years experiences of proven sale and marketing record with telecom industry is advantage. • Master or Bachelor dress of Marketing or related • Good communications skills, both writing and verbally • To be self-motivated, also able to work as part of a team • Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness • Initiative and creative • Good management and leadership skill and can lead team • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information • A smart appearance and professional manner • Strong leadership skill • Female candidate are highly encouraged to apply
