- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sale goals and revenues - Set individual sale targets with sales team -Co-ordinate sales action plans for Individual salespeople -Oversee the activities and performance of the sale team - Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly - Monitor the achievement of sale objectives by the sales team - Evaluate performance of sales staff - Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team - Plan and direct sales team training - Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals - Sale forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly - Generate timely sales reports - Develop pricing weekly and monthly basis - Formulate sales policies and procedures - Prepare budgets annually, quarterly basis - Control expenses and monitor budgets - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis - Prioritize customer segment - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities - Develop promotional ideas and material - Analyze credit term & credit limit for each customer before approval - Demand planning, supply chain management - Coordinate cooperation on sales plans with team - Reporting to managing director weekly and monthly - Other as assigned by management.

- Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree. - At least useful 5 years work experience in similar position. - Experiences in sales and marketing or related field. - Understand brand guideline and brand discipline. - Good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential - Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and brands and to develop and evolve over time creative processes. - Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage - Good project management skill, presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill, and leadership and team Management skills. - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. - Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point.
