Recruit & build a strong relationship with Asia WeiLuy Agents Visit Asia Weiluy Agents according to an assigned schedule Ensure Agents maintain sufficient balance on their account and cash on hand to serve customers Ensure agents receive face to face training and product knowledge support materials Ensure agents POSM materials are in place and well maintained by the agents Respond to Agent feedback and escalate to management where necessary Ensure Agents provide top quality services to Asia WeiLuy Customers Monitor activities of competitors in their region and report to management Other tasks are assigned by manager.

Degree or higher, preferably, but not restricted to: Business Management, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications or related field Sales experience and negotiation skills Customer focus Computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite) Familiarity with latest mobile technology & payment solutions Good communication and interpersonal skills Track record of personal and professional integrity Able to work independently, self-driven and highly motivated Medium English and Khmer fluency Confidence to challenge business for continuous improvement 1+ year of experience in a related commercial field: Mobile-money or other financial services Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in financial services, payments, mobile money or telecom industries Experience with education or working overseas preferred.
