1. Evaluate the condition of all machines running to schedule for repairing. 2. Inform for up normal condition and time need for repairing. 3. Know the spare part need and make sure that all required spare parts are able on hand (in stock). 4. Daily records all repairing jobs are done in each shift with repair time, quality and part number of spare part. 5. Make sure that all maintenance jobs are performed within safety manner. 6. To ensure that weekly preventive maintenance schedule for each line are done with good quality of repairing. 7. Supervise and coordinate the work of employees who set on and operate machine. 8. Prepare work schedule, assign work and oversees the work product. 9. Ensure machine function and output is according to specification. 10. Monitor and evaluate production records and reports finding to management. 11. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures 12.
