Overall responsible for project cycle management and project administration Guide the project team in developing project work and budget plans in coordination with the project partners and supervise the implementation Advise on and coach the project team to build their capacity on community group strengthening, sustainable agriculture production, natural resource management and sustainable market development Advise, monitor and coach team members, supporting optimal performance, capacity and professional development opportunities on the job via other appropriate means Monitor and evaluate activities and the overall program as agreed with program team, partners and community members and report to supervisor. Ensure reports are objective, accurate, transparent & timely Support in identification and management of relevant and strategic partnerships within HELVETAS Laos programs, and externally with private sector, local civil society, iNGO and government partners for evidence based policy dialogues. Ensure capitalization of lesson learnt and best practice under COPE and promote exchange within HELVETAS Laos as well as with other development partners.

- Degree in rural or international development, agriculture, NRM, business management or other related fields - Minimum 5 years’ experience working in rural development with community; multi-stakeholder partnership building, collaborating with local government, farmers organisations and companies - Knowledge of and experience in activity planning, budgeting and financial management; M&E & reporting; gender theory & practice - Knowledge and experience on agricultural value chain development and community facilitation - Professional, fair and objective, honest, showing leadership and teambuilding skills - Excellent communication skills in English languages (spoken and written) - Computer proficiency (Office software, publication, internet and email).
