- Develop business plan of the tyres (Maxxis and Dunlop) and Oil (Castrol) business unit and lead the team to ensure that the achievement of the plans in areas such as administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, inventory, delivery and human resource management - Analyze the business competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and develop plans to address them and to ensure sales targets are met as per planned - Develop sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve sales targets and expand the market. - In charge of working closely with both tyre suppliers to maintain a strategic partnership and build up strong business relationship in order to gain support and long-term business partners - Lead the team to ensure that there are always sufficient products as per the market demands - Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of sales supervisors to achieve established sales and profit goals. - Manage and analyze customer interactions and data to improve business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth - In charge of managing and developing distribution channels in order to gain market shares and explore the potential market opportunities

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field - Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field - Good organizing, planning and communication skills in sales - High level of problem solving skills and customer services - Good communication skills in English, both writing and speaking - Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
