1. Enforces, maintains and monitors accounting policies procedures and practices to ensure that policies, procedures are inline with the Group’s and Company’s strategic objectives and government regulations. 2. Gathers input from all department heads to prepare the operational budget according to the corporate requirements. 3. Provides financial analysis in a timely manner to ensure that deviation from the budget is identified and promptly reported to Department heads. 4. Controls billing process to ensure completeness of invoices for all contracts, maintenance, spare parts and repairs. 5. Reviews and monitors taxation process to ensure Company’s tax filing and practice is in line with tax authority’s requirements. 6. Controls payment process to ensure that all payments are verified and legally valid according to Company procedures and policies and laws. 7. Advises and coaches subordinates for the accounting standard/policies and tax regulations to ensure that all practices are in line with the Company policies and tax regulations.
