-To OVERSEE all store matters including daily cash sales and transaction, bank transaction and records -Safe back-up money, cashier float and petty cash records -POS System transaction, stock inventory and manual recording -Kitchen food preparation, stock arrangement, storage, food services as according to SOP -Staff management, attendants, punctuality and works quality -Customer complaints and services -To resolve all store matters when encounter, provide solution to the matters and compile reports to head office for references -To provide feedback on branches operation during the Management Meeting, and ensuring all Memo from Head Office are delegate to staffs correctly. -To compile SB CHAMPS report, resolve the reports finding with Branch Supervisor and Crew Trainers, and submit to Head Office for recording. -To work closely with Marketing Executive on any branch promotion, provide feedback for the promotion

-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia -At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Managerial position in Fast Food Chain, Franchise Restaurant or similar industries -Computer Literate, knowledge of POS System or PCLOUD system -With valid driving license -Able to prepare Branch Reports on business analysis, inventory, staff performance review and customer feedback on products review -Able to sign 2 years Employment Contract and based in Bandar Seri Begawan -Priority will be given to those able to start work immediately
