** Job description Responsible for organizing and managing Export & Import Sea-freight Operation Department located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. ** Your tasks and responsibilities - Build and manage the sea-freight operational team, operational performance and warehouse operation. - Delegate work equally among the team. - RFQ and Quotation - Roll the forecast for sea-freight quarterly and yearly. - Contribute in sea-freight plan and strategy development. - Prepare Performance Plan Review assessment to subordinators. - Conduct weekly/monthly sea-freight meeting and contribute in monthly Branch meeting. - Create healthy working environment and teamwork within team and other departments. - Quarterly review performance of each sea-freight operational team member. - Prepare monthly profitability reports to the Branch Manager. - Ensure punctual payment collection by sea-freight team - Ensure all credit limit is in place for all accounts.
