Job Title – Cook and Store Keeper = 20 Positions Working Location: Exchange Square Mall (Phnom Penh) Report To – Chef Basic Function Responsible for cooking, braising, split roasting of meat, poultry and sauce. Main Duties and Responsibilities •Work under close supervision in preparing hot items for the section, measure and mixed ingredients according to recipe, using variety of utensils and equipment and other food other food adds seasoning to food during mixing or cooking, prepares all hot sauce. •Set up the place daily, cut and prepares foodstuffs and ingredients for cooking. •Looks after the necessary preparations before the start of operation. •Checks and re-stocks service station. •Attends to guest inquiries, request and complaints. •Assists in welcoming and seating the guests. •Received meat and seafood, checking quality, correctness of quality, size and weight. •Carves meats, portion food to specification or customer order. •Adjust thermosets controls to regulate temperature of ovens. •Assist cost control in inventory taking and meat testing. •Store meats in refrigerators or freezer at the required temperature. •Ensure the equipment and working area to maintain health and the sanitation standards. •Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as assigned.
