- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners etc. - Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions - Upgrade software, patches and operating systems on a continuous basis - Solve troubleshoot hardware and software problems - Act as a technical resource in order to assist users with resolving computer issues - Install and run network cable to destination PCs - Set up, configure, and connect IP camera to smart phone or devices - Analyze problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures

- Bachelor degree of Information Technology/Computer Science - At least 2 years of relevant experience - Positive attitude - Trustworthiness and integrity
