Product Safety - To continuously implement, review & refine SAIS, CPSI execution and compliance - Able to ensure all non-conformity for SAIS & CPSI is closed timely and effectively - Able to qualify & certify CPSI & SAIS inspectors - To support on accident investigation which relates to product safety - To perform audit to field with relates to product safety matters - Able to coordinate on preparation of Schindler TCO audit Quality - To continuously implement, review and refine on basic quality management system in company. The system includes both internal and external supplier & subcontractor system. Able to drive continuous improvement within company - To continuously driving quality improvement activity in whole company - To coordinate and execute internal audit on both quality & product safety - To continuously working with JSG functional manager on deployment & driving of quality & safety initiative - To monitor closely on timely execution of all Schindler retrofits - To review & consolidate company wide quality & safety statistics & data & report to management team in order to drive quality and safety improvement action in the company Technical Training and Technical Support - To organize technical training for improving competency of field staffs and coordinate with part time technical trainers to arrange technical training - To closely follow up the certification process of NI/MOD/EI and regularly review with JSG - To coordinate and support field operation team to improve field efficiency, MTBC, SU and CBR6 Above is still subject to change when the needs arise for other initiative from GM & management team

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2. Team player, good working attitude, hard working, initiative, analytical, strong engineering concept, good presentation and communication skills 3. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Quality or Product Safety Manager 4. Good command of English 5. Good command of computer skills 6. Able to drive and work closely with management team 7. Familiar with quality system, quality engineering, quality tools & in depth analytical skill 8. Familiar with Schindler safety ON, Schindler retrofit, CPSI, SAIS, country codes & regulations & basic safety and management system
