 Develop the sale strategy of LEO Pumps and channel delivery the products effectively  Prepare the Pump sale projection, marketing budgets and operational plans.  Lead and control the sale team to achieve the quarterly and yearly targets.  Develop and revise policies, procedures and guidelines relating to sale, marketing and the installation of LEO Pump products.  Conduct and analyze market research or survey, market demand and product pricing.  Introduce new products and services to existing and new customers.  Perform other relevant tasks that are assigned by Chief Executive Officer

 Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing or related fields.  At least 5-year experience in marketing research and sales.  Good interpersonal skill, hard-working, healthy.  Dynamic and pleasant personality  Good at both written and spoken English  Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email, including design program, Photo Shop, Corel Draw and others are preferable.
