- Responsible for the smooth business operations of the company - Provide leadership to staffs to achieving company’s goal - Control and analyze departmental cost to ensure performance is within budget - Oversee hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, training, disciplinary action etc. -- Cooperate with the company’s owner to achieve the objectives - Report to the company’s owner on a monthly basis and more frequent informal discussion - Other tasks assigned by director
