• Capturing project requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the project. • Managing a resource capacity plan or resource forecast to help understand resource availability for projects. • Keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and requests pending review. • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met. • Making sure the quality standards are met. • Implementing scoring and prioritization models to help assess which requests should be approved. • Reporting to line managements. • Providing advice on the management of projects. • Carrying out risk assessment.

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Accounting, Banking or related fields. • Management and leadership skills. • Organizational and Analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently. • Time Management skill.    • Good spoken and written English. • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful and high commitment, competence and motivation.Hard-working and well-responsible in work. • Experience in program administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring. • A technical knowledge of IT comprehension is required.
