-Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel -Control food stock and food cost in his section -Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks -Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions -Support the Sous Chef or Executive Chef in the daily operation and work.

- Must have a passion for cooking with great creativity - Good knowledge of western food / willing to learn more about new product - Excellent communication skills - Positive and “can do” attitude - Dynamic - Candidates shall have experience at least 2-3 Asian & western food. - Good computer skills (Ms- Word, excel, PowerPoint, internet & email).
