• Follow up customer from Hotline • Report the complaint from hot line and sent to Operation Department • Follow up with customers on the complaint with problem solving • Key in the customers data in the system • Received customer complaints and customer visit • Filling of Customer contract • Other task that maybe assigned by the manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration and or Management or others related field is preferred. • Some working experience and knowledge in office administration tasks is required. • Honest, highly responsible and reliable. • Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel). • Ability to manage multi-tasks. • Able to work independently or as a team • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
