• Collect the monthly payment from customers • Provide professional service to customer by phone and or face to face • To make outbound call & promoting service and product • Make the monthly report and summit to manager • To response customer inquiry, problem solving and handling complaints • Other tasks that may assigned by the department manager

• High School or Bachelor’s degree in or related field • Some experiences related field is an advantage • Honest, highly responsible and reliable • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Good communication skills and self-motivated • Good team player with abilities to work independently or as a team • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
