Jobs Description

• Responsible and control the administration stock (Stationary and Supplies) with monthly report. • Identify the need of the stationary for existing staff and new joint staff with report and procced with request needed. • New staff introductions and Conduct orientation on company policies and procedure, canteen, accommodation and company do and don’t to all new workers. • Responsible and handle the work of all recruitments within the company such as arrangement of the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing. • Responsible for employee work permit and workers work book. • Responsible for employee movement declaration to department of labor. • Responsible for the inspection of the department of labor. • Responsible for updating the monthly and yearly accident report • Assist the Manager in implementing of the policies of the company such as HR, Admin and Purchasing. • Assist the manager in any staff issues and disciplinary such as warning and or disciplinary interview minute taking. • Assist the Manager in making sure the Health and Safety practice are follow by the workers and the staffs. • Responsible on making sure the organizational chart of each department is up to date at the delegation from the manager. • Assist the manager in translating documents from Khmer to English and English to Khmer. • Assist the manager in typing documents and or policies and Assist in issuing company announcements. • Responsible for supervisory work of the cook and monthly meal menu of the month and food repot. • Identify the need of the canteen and submit the request for monthly grosser and rice for the canteen. • Responsible for the supervisory work of the accommodation arrangement of all staff and workers. • Weekly worker and staff accommodation checking and identify the need of change intern of room occupation, tidiness and cleanliness and report. • Responsible for the tidiness and the cleanliness of the canteen. • Responsible for the supervisory of the security with the security company/provider with report. • Provide good support to the nurse on NSSF report and procession monthly payment and NSSF claiming process and works. • Making sure the telephone list of all staff and workers is up today by monthly bases. • Other task that maybe assigned by the manager.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and or related field • Minimum experience of 2 years in Human Resource Management job • Honest, highly responsible and reliable • Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel). • Ability to manage multi-tasks. • Good communicator, and possess strong decision-making skills. • Good team player • Good writing and speaking in English and Fluent in Khmer with good ability in translating the document from English to Khmer and Khmer to English. • Able to work independently or as a team • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation Deadline: 10 August 2017 Interested applicants should submit their CV and cover letter with 4x6 photos to Gaea Plc., Human Resource Department by email to samey.ngin@gaea.com.kh, specifying clearly the position applied for.
