+ Main Duties: - Assist Branch Manager to manage the teller area - Implement service and action plan to achieve sustainable target - Act as a key advocate to existing and potential customers - Ensure good governance of all services operation in line with internal bank governance standards - Ensure transnational processing is efficient and accurate - Assist Branch Manager in driving the development of an efficient risk management - Be able to lead, coach and train the team
